3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use our service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By using Vector Analytics, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Vector Analytics to:

5.2 Facebook (Meta) Integration

By connecting Facebook Ads, you acknowledge that:

• We may automatically add UTM parameters to your ads
• We send conversion events via Facebook Conversions API
• You must comply with Facebook's Platform Terms and Advertising Policies

5.3 Google Ads Integration

By connecting Google Ads, you acknowledge that:

• We access your campaign, ad group, and ad performance data
• We sync metrics to provide analytics and attribution
• You must comply with Google Ads Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy
• You have the necessary permissions to share your Google Ads data with us

6. Data and Privacy

You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership over any data you provide or that we collect on your behalf through platform integrations.

7. Fees and Payment

7.1 Subscription Fees

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days notice

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

9.2 API Dependencies

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
